Other Terms and Conditions

Ticket holders or attendees of the event consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded as members of the audience. The resulting film footage, images and recordings may be used to promote CVRE events in print, various forms of media, and on websites. You consent that the footage remains our property and we may use it in conjunction with promotion of our event however we choose.

Event goers must comply with all relevant statutes, laws, safety announcements, and regulations while attending the event. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable CVRE, its security personnel, volunteers, staff, or event organizers to eject the attendee(s) from the event site without a refund.

Media and Content Use Restrictions

The Central Valley Reptile Expo (CVRE) strictly prohibits any video recording, photography, live streaming, audio recording, or other media capture of its events for commercial purposes or public distribution without prior written authorization from CVRE event management. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the publication or dissemination of content on platforms such as YouTube and other social media channels.

Any individual or entity granted written permission to capture or distribute media content must ensure that such content is accurate, presented in proper context, and not misleading, defamatory, disparaging, or otherwise harmful to CVRE, its vendors, exhibitors, staff, sponsors, or attendees. Authorized media may not be edited, altered, or presented in a manner that misrepresents the event or implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without explicit written consent.

The unauthorized use of the Central Valley Reptile Expo name, logo, event logos, promotional materials, branding elements, or event imagery is expressly forbidden and may constitute infringement of applicable copyright and trademark laws. CVRE reserves the right to pursue content removal, legal remedies, or other appropriate actions in response to violations of this policy.

Admission to and attendance at any CVRE event constitutes acknowledgment of and agreement to comply with these terms and conditions.
