Be part of CVRE where reptile, pet, exotic animal, and specialty vendors connect with passionate enthusiasts from across the region. Our events attract dedicated hobbyists, families, pet lovers, and serious buyers—creating a vibrant, high-energy marketplace designed to help vendors thrive.
Whether you’re a breeder, retailer, animal shelter, rescue organization, educator, or product specialist, we invite you to participate in one or multiple CVRE events and help create an unforgettable experience for our attendees.

Please submit your application only once, as the system does not allow multiple submissions for the SAME expo.
Complete the Vendor Application
Fill out the vendor application in full. Please note that you must list all types of reptiles, pets, and/or products you plan to bring. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
Vendor Application Review
All applications will be reviewed. You will be notified if your application is approved or placed on a waitlist, depending on space availability at the time of review. If applying for multiple events, approval notifications will be sent separately for each event.
Vendor Approval & Payment
Once approved, you will be required to submit a deposit to secure your vendor space if applicable. A deposit is required 30 days prior to each event, with payment in full due no later than 10 days before the event date.
Once your vendor spot is officially confirmed, additional event details will be provided.
