Vendors may not house or display multiple species together in the same enclosure or habitat. Each species must be contained separately in a secure, appropriately sized enclosure that meets all applicable health, safety, and welfare standards.
All enclosures are subject to inspection by CVRE staff at any time before or during the event to ensure compliance with this policy and other animal welfare requirements. Vendors must correct any issues identified during inspection immediately.
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in immediate removal from the event, revocation of vendor privileges, and prohibition from future participation, without refund. This policy is intended to protect the health and safety of the animals.
For the safety and well-being of the animals, attendees, staff, and other vendors, personal pets (including dogs, cats, or other animals not part of the vendor’s approved exhibit) are strictly prohibited from the event premises.
This policy is intended to protect the safety and welfare of the animals and all participants at the event.
All vendors are required to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner at all times, both during and in connection with our events, including conduct occurring online or on social media that directly or indirectly relates to the event, its organizers, vendors, staff, or attendees.
If a vendor identifies a legitimate concern or issue, it must be reported immediately to a CVRE staff member through the proper channels. Vendors are expected to communicate such concerns in good faith and in a professional manner.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event and potential permanent prohibition from future events:
Nothing in this policy restricts a vendor from raising legitimate concerns in good faith; however, false, unfounded, or retaliatory statements—particularly those made publicly—will not be tolerated.
CVRE reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether a vendor’s conduct violates this policy and to take immediate corrective action, including removal from the event, revocation of vendor privileges, and prohibition from future participation. Such action may be taken without prior warning and without refund, as necessary to protect the safety, reputation, and integrity of the event and its participants.
By digitally signing, I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and that I am the duly authorized representative of the vendor identified in this application. I further acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and requirements outlined above, on behalf of myself and the vendor.
I further acknowledge and agree that, should I bring any individal under the age of eighteen (18) to the event, I assume full responsibility for their supervision, conduct, and compliance with all applicable rules, policies, and procedures. I accept full responsibility for any acts or omissions of such minors and agree to indemnify and hold CVRE harmless from any claims arising from their presence or conduct.
